Nasal Valve Repair

At Deaconess Illinois Medical Center, we specialize in minimally invasive nasal valve repair, using a small implant designed to support the cartilage in the nose, helping the nasal airway stay open for breathing.

The implant is placed inside the wall of the nose to support the cartilage, reducing nasal airway obstruction symptoms and helping patients breathe better. The implant material absorbs over a period of 18-24 months.

Are you experiencing the following symptoms?

  • Nasal congestion or stuffiness
  • Nasal blockage or obstruction
  • Trouble breathing through your nose
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Unable to get enough air through your nose during exercise or exertion
